Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information. Please contact us with any questions.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500.

Special orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery time when placing a special order.

Flexible Layaway Options Available
We are pleased to offer convenient layaway plans to help make your purchase more manageable.

Layaway Program

A minimum 20% non-refundable deposit is required to begin layaway. Payments are due weekly or biweekly and must be completed within 4 months. A 5% late fee applies to overdue payments. Accounts more than 14 days past due may be canceled at the sole discretion of Y&Y Crown of Diamond LLC. In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, all deposits and prior payments shall be forfeited, retained by Y&Y Crown of Diamond LLC, and are non-refundable and may not be applied toward future purchases. Merchandise will not be released until paid in full.
